By using CinevoPK, creating an account, submitting a portfolio, applying to castings, posting jobs, or sending inquiries, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of CinevoPK, and limited technical data needed to keep the platform secure and reliable.
2.1 Account & contact details
- Name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a secure hash)
- Account role (talent or hirer) and company details for production houses
- Messages you send via contact forms, support chat, or location inquiries
2.2 Profile, portfolio & casting data
- Talent profile fields such as city, category, bio, physical attributes, skills, and rates
- Portfolio media (photos, showreels), credits, and verification-related details (e.g. phone or CNIC verification status)
- Casting applications, cover messages, audition responses, shortlists, and saved jobs
- Hirer job posts, requirements, budgets, and application review activity
- Location listings and related inquiry information for scouting
2.3 Usage & technical data
- Pages viewed, search filters used, device/browser type, and approximate session activity
- IP-related security signals (stored in limited or hashed form where applicable)
- Subscription/plan status and plan-limit usage needed to operate free and premium features
3. How we use your information
We use personal information only as needed to run CinevoPK and improve casting outcomes for Pakistan’s creative industry.
- Account & profile management — create and maintain talent/hirer accounts, portfolios, and company profiles
- Casting workflows — enable job posts, applications, shortlists, audition invites, and messaging between eligible users
- Location scouting — list spaces and route booking/inquiry requests to the right team
- Communications — respond to support tickets, contact-form messages, and service notices
- Trust & safety — verification, moderation, abuse prevention, and enforcement of plan limits
- Platform improvement — analytics on search and page usage to improve discovery and reliability
We do not sell personal information. We do not use portfolio content for unrelated advertising without your permission.
5. Your rights & choices
Depending on your account type, you can review and update much of your information directly in CinevoPK:
- Access & update — edit profile, portfolio, company details, and account settings from your dashboard
- Visibility choices — control what you publish (e.g. portfolio media, job posts) and whether you apply to public castings
- Communications — contact support to manage inquiry threads or request help with account notices
- Deletion — request account closure or deletion of personal data by contacting us; we may retain limited records where required for security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or legitimate platform operations
If you believe another user has misused your information or posted content without permission, report it through Support or our contact form so we can investigate.
